1. General
By placing an order with AURIVANTE, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 18.
When you provide us with your credit or debit card details, you confirm that you are the cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission to use the card for your purchase.
If you are redeeming a complimentary case (for example, through one of our partners), you may still need to provide card details even if no payment is taken.
Payment will be taken as soon as you place your order. We will never charge your card without your authorization.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfill for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payment you have made.
We may occasionally offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, or other special offers. These offers are valid only during the specified period and subject to the terms clearly stated at the time.
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically noted on our website. You must enter any discount code before completing your purchase to redeem an offer.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks from the date of processing.
To request a cancellation, please contact us by email at support@aurivante.com.
After this period, we may not be able to cancel or refund your order if it has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched.
3. Refunds
We accept returns within 45 days of purchase.
You can choose a refund to your original payment method or request an exchange for a different product.
All returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
To initiate a return, email us at support@aurivante.com with your order details, and our team will assist you with the next steps. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of the items for the return to be completed.

4. Prices and Delivery Charges
Prices displayed in our Online Store include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the product price.
The delivery charge for your order will be shown during checkout. We offer a standard shipping option, and the cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery
We offer a standard shipping option for all orders.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery and provide further details about timing.
Even though we do our best to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unexpected events. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery time, please contact Customer Service and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order cannot be delivered after several attempts, or if it remains uncollected at the delivery point after multiple reminders, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of returning the order.
